Quality Improvement Program
Contact the Quality Improvement Program with questions or concerns about Medical IRB adverse events, protocol violations or exceptions, incidents, or subject complaints. You may also call for requests for or questions about HIPAA requirements or any other questions about clinical research. Also contact this program with questions about or allegations of noncompliance.

IRB Chairs
The committees Chairs and Vice Chairs do not have information about the status of individual applications or IRB review comments; however, they may be consulted about ethical or scientific issues.
