Exemptions Administrator

Facilitated Review Coordinator
Please contact the Facilitated Review Coordinator for questions about Western IRB review or review by the NCI Central IRB.
Contact any of the people on this list for requests for education, training or presentations as well as questions about policy.
Contact the Quality Improvement Program with questions or concerns about Medical IRB adverse events, protocol violations or exceptions, incidents, or subject complaints. You may also call for requests for or questions about HIPAA requirements or any other questions about clinical research. Also contact this program with questions about or allegations of noncompliance.
The committees Chairs and Vice Chairs do not have information about the status of individual applications or IRB review comments; however, they may be consulted about ethical or scientific issues.
