FAQs about submitted or pending applications
  • Do I need to submit an application?
  • How do I submit?

How do I decide whom to call?

Select the staff person responsible for the type of application, and the type of review (NGIRB, SGIRB, Exempt, or No human subjects contact).
Example: Questions about amendments to studies previously approved by the SGIRB should be directed to the SGIRB Coordinator.
I have a general question that is not about a submitted or pending application - Whom should I call?
